What safety equipment is provided?
We provide all gear you need: helmet, gloves, and 4-point safety harnesses installed on every machine. All our staff are trained First Aiders. A full first-aid kit travels with the tour guide, and a Landcruiser provides recovery support throughout the entire tour. Every tour starts with a safety and operation briefing.
What should I wear and what is included?
We advise casual sportswear for buggy tours. We provide helmet and gloves. Refreshments - water and soft drinks - are included on every tour.
Are there age or health restrictions?
Minimum age to self-drive a buggy is 16 years. No driving license is required for any of our tours. To ride as a passenger, the minimum age is 5 years. We cannot accommodate pregnant women on any tours due to the terrain.
What will I see and experience?
You will rip through massive golden sand dunes across an endlessly magnificent landscape. The tour is well-paced for your driving ability, with power on demand in our meticulously maintained vehicles. You will visit the most iconic Arabian desert landmarks: Big Red dune, Pink Rock, the Valley of a Thousand Dunes, and the majestic Lost Trees Oasis. Selfies with free-roaming camels are common on morning sessions (we cannot guarantee, but they often appear).
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
72 hours or more before the tour: 100% refund. At least 48 hours but less than 72 hours before the tour: 50% refund. Less than 48 hours before the tour: no refund; a free reschedule is available instead.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 30 days of cancellation approval. Rescheduling is free of charge and subject to availability. Contact us before the tour to arrange a new date and time.
If you purchased the Refund Guarantee, you can cancel for any reason at any time before the tour starts and receive a refund of the booking amount. The additional 10% guarantee fee is non-refundable and is retained. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 30 days of cancellation approval. The guarantee is available for online payments only.
